Refund and Returns Policy

Warranty & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return the product to us for repair, replacement, or a credit to your account, subject to the terms below.

Preparing Your Products for a Return

To ensure your return is processed quickly:

  • Package your products safely and securely for protection during transit.
  • Clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel.
  • Include all accessories and parts that came with the product.

Failure to meet these requirements may delay the processing of your request or result in its decline.

1. Unwanted Products

You can return an unwanted product if:

  • It is undamaged and unused, with original labels and stickers attached.
  • It is in the original packaging, undamaged and in its original condition, with all seals intact (if applicable).
  • It is not missing any accessories or parts.
  • You log a return on our website within 7 days of delivery or collection. After 7 days, only defective products can be returned.

2. Not What You Ordered?

If we deliver the wrong product or it is not as described on our website, notify us and we will collect it at no charge. If any accessories or parts are missing, follow the process in section 2. Once inspected and validated, we will either deliver the correct product (if available) or credit your account with the purchase price within 10 days (or refund you if preferred).

3. Products Damaged on Delivery

If a product is damaged or missing parts or accessories upon delivery/collection, notify us within 7 days by logging a return on our website. We will collect the product at no charge. Once inspected and validated, we will either repair/replace the product (if possible/available) or credit your account with the purchase price (or refund you if preferred).

4. Defective Products

We strive to deliver high-quality, defect-free products. A defect is a material imperfection in manufacturing or any characteristic that makes the product less acceptable than reasonably expected. The following are NOT considered defects and will not qualify for returns:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from negligence, abuse, or incorrect usage
  • Damage from electrical surges or sea air corrosion
  • Inadequate care
  • Unauthorized alterations
  • Products that do not suit you despite accurate descriptions on the website

5. Standard Warranty

If you receive a defective or poor-quality product (excluding direct warranty products), notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 6 months after delivery/collection (except for extended supplier warranties). Log a return on our website and deliver the product to our warehouse. Once inspected and validated, we will repair/replace the product (if possible/available) or credit your account with the purchase price (or refund you if preferred). If repair/replacement takes longer than 21 days, we will contact you to offer a credit/refund. Returns outside the 6-month period are not facilitated unless an extended warranty applies.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Software/Licenses/E-Books
  • Sale Items
  • Gift Cards
